Policies & Procedures

We’re dedicated to creating an stress-free, luxury grooming experience for every pup. These policies and procedures help ensure the safety, comfort, and happiness of all dogs in our care. Please review these policies carefully before booking an appointment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.


Pricing & Coat Assessment

All grooming prices quoted are starting base prices. Final pricing may vary based on your dog’s size, weight, coat condition, behavior, grooming frequency, and the time required to safely complete the service. A final assessment will be made when we meet your pup and any adjustments will be discussed before the grooming service begins. We may at times call/text during the service to adjust any service, if necessary. 

Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments can be requested online, by phone, or in person. If done online you must wait to get a confirmation email. 
  • Please make sure you are submitting all required documents prior to confirmed appointment.
  • Please arrive on time to ensure we can give your pup the full pampering session they deserve.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or a late fee.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Same-day cancellations or cancellation with less than a 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
  • No-show/No-call: 100% of scheduled service (non-refundable).
  • Frequent missed appointments/cancellations may require a deposit for future visits that may be non-refundable.

Card on File Policy

  • Card on file may be required upon booked appointment and Service Agreement signed.
  • Card on file or non-refundable deposit may be required after one late cancellation or missed appointment.

Matted Coat Policy

  • Matted coats may require a shorter shave-down for the comfort and safety of your pup.
  • Dematting or coat restoration fees may apply depending on coat condition.

Vaccination Requirements

  • All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper (optional), and Bordetella (optional).
  • Proof of vaccination is required before your first visit.

Pet Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog showing aggression, illness, or parasites.
  • Dogs with fleas or ticks will require a mandatory treatment with a cleaning fee and may be turned away.
  • We offer cage-free waiting areas, water, and frequent breaks to keep pups relaxed. If your pup shows signs of anxiety or aggression we will place him in a separate area.

Grooming Process & Results

  • We use luxury, curated shampoos and conditioners tailored to your dog’s coat and skin type.
  • Matting may require a “shave down” to prevent discomfort or injury. We will make this decision at our discretion and always with the dog’s well-being in mind.
  • Our team never performs services that could harm your dog’s health or well-being.

Mini Daycare Add-On

  • Mini Daycare is available for $35 as an add-on service.
  • Dogs must pass a friendly temperament check for group play.

Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing depends on breed, dog size, coat condition, temperament and selected add-ons.
  • All add-ons (e.g., deshedding, extra brushing) are charged separately.
  • We accept major credit cards, cash, and digital payments.
  • Payments must be made upon/before you pick-up your pup.

Late Pick-Up Policy

  • Dogs must be picked up within 30 minutes of notification.
  • A late pick-up fee of $15 per 30 minutes may apply unless Mini Daycare is booked. Approval from salon is required if Mini Daycare is an option. We reserve the right to approve or deny Mini Daycare for late pickups as it is on a case by case basis.

Emergencies & Veterinary Care

  • We will contact you immediately if a medical emergency occurs.
  • If unreachable, we may seek emergency veterinary care at your expense.

Media & Photos

  • We love sharing photos of our happy clients on social media!
  • Please let us know if you prefer not to have your dog’s photo featured.
