Mariela Quito, the visionary behind Allqu Spaw is a lifelong dog lover who created Allqu Spaw to offer a softer, more thoughtful grooming experience. She brings a strong background in business development and pet care to her boutique-style dog store.

Inspired by her own dog's anxiety, Mariela built a space rooted in trust, wellness, and care. The name Allqu - pronounced “ahl-koo” - means “dog” in Quechua. The name is a tribute to her roots, her deep love for dogs and captures the spirit of care and warmth that inspired her to create this space.

Mariela's vision is simple: happy dogs, wagging tails, and peace of mind for every pet parent.
